A detail-oriented and analytical professional with a background in product research, customer support, and documentation management. Preferably experienced in the gaming or live studio industry to better understand and meet product and client requirements with precision.

Responsibilities:

  • 24/7 Client Support: Deliver consistent, high-quality support around the clock, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues within defined SLA standards.
  • Issue Investigation & Resolution: Investigate product-related concerns, providing prompt, accurate feedback and effective solutions to clients.
  • Product Research: Perform in-depth research on game products to evaluate features, recommend enhancements, and identify opportunities for development.
  • Requirements Documentation: Collect and document product requirements informed by market research, client input, and business objectives.
  • Product Monitoring: Assist in the continuous monitoring of product performance, ensuring reliability and quickly responding to any operational issues.
  • Incident Management: Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, managing escalations and coordinating with cross-functional teams for rapid resolution. Maintain detailed incident documentation, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Independently collect, organize, and analyze data to support issue investigations, validate improvements, and uncover areas for optimization. Use data-driven insights to support continuous product improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in studio monitoring, business data management, or product documentation.
  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Experience in the gaming or live studio industry is an advantage.
