Job Description:

  • Provide support to external Chevron customers by answering queries and resolving issues related to pricing, billing, delivery, etc.
  • Assist external Chevron customers in utilizing Chevron portals and systems for user registration, updating information, etc.
  • Process basic order to cash activities for external Chevron customers
  • Maintain master data related to materials, pricing, surcharges, etc.
  • Assist internal stakeholders in investigating and resolving issues related to master data, pricing, billing, and systems.
  • Prepare, review and generate straightforward contracts and incentives for existing and new Chevron customers.
  • Generate reports on price expiration, maintenance, updates, etc.
  • Utilize MS platform productivity tools
  • Seek guidance from subject matter experts when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree
  • With at least 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Can deliver effective presentations across a multi-cultural customer base
  • Willing to work onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati
  • Willing to work in a DAY SHIFT & NIGHT SHIFT Schedule
