Position: Associate Quality Specialist

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Alabang

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: Php27,000 - Php40,000 package

Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • With at least 2 years of experience as QA in a BPO Set Up.
  • Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Amenable to work on site.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow the agreed-upon service quality plan when conducting transaction and call monitoring.
  • Give agents feedback and coaching.
  • Create mitigation strategies, conduct root cause analyses and communicate results to operations.
  • Determine training requirements and cooperate.
  • Take part in calibration sessions to ensure evaluations are consistent.
  • Handle calls and transactions to stay in the process domain
  • Conduct process audits to make sure SOPs are being followed.
  • Discuss audit results in team meetings before and after shifts.
