Job Description:

  • Responsible for placing qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience and provides effective in end-to-end recruitment and deployment process.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resource Management
  • Preferably a Licensed Psychometrician
  • With minimum of 3years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process & employee management
  • Preferably with background in other areas of HR (compensation/ benefits, training & development, timekeeping, employee relations)
  • Up to date on the local/ national hiring laws and regulations
  • Knowledgeable in BIR/ SSS/ PHIC/ HDMF policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, organized and systematic
  • With sense of urgency and can work under pressure
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills
