About the Role

We are seeking a highly personable and detail-oriented Affiliate Manager to join our team and take ownership of our affiliate relationships. This is a full-time, remote role that will serve as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners. You'll manage ongoing campaigns, track performance, and strengthen our referral revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management


• Serve as the face of the company to 10+ active affiliate partners


• Conduct regular (monthly or quarterly) Zoom check-ins with partners


• Maintain strong, proactive relationships with affiliates to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Campaign Oversight


• Track affiliate campaign performance and monthly revenue


• Coordinate monthly webinars and email campaigns provided by affiliate partners


• Ensure copy, landing pages, and offers align with each affiliate's audience needs


• Monitor and suggest improvements to increase conversion and partner ROI

Operational Support


• Work closely with our GHL (Go High Level) team and VAs to support automation and campaign execution


•Collaborate with the internal team to vet new affiliate partnership requests


•Provide strategic feedback and reporting on campaign success and affiliate performance

Project Management


• Keep organized records of affiliate activities, timelines, and outcomes


• Maintain accountability on deliverables like webinar launches and campaign copy revisions


• Follow structured workflows and ensure consistent communication with all stakeholders

Key Qualifications


• Full-Time, Remote


• Salary Range: $1,300 – $1,500 USD/month
