Duties & Responsibilities

  • In charge of the preparation, filing & payment of BIR dues:
  • Doc Stamps for PN – as requested by branches and to be paid not later than every 5th day of the following month
  • Withholding tax expanded & compensation - every 15th day of the month, including reconciliation
  • Final withholding tax – every 15th day of the month (no transaction, filing only)
  • Fringe Benefits Tax– every 15th day following the end of each quarter (no transaction, filing only)
  • Gross Receipt Tax – every 25th day following the end of each quarter
  • Income tax – every 60th day after the end of each quarter
  • Annual Registration Fee – before Jan. 30
  • Prepares BIR reports:
  • Alphalist of Payees to be submitted every quarter (attachment for withholding tax expanded)
  • Alphalist for withholding tax has been expanded to be submitted not later than March 1
  • Alphalist for withholding tax on compensation to be submitted by January 31.
  • Generates and prints BIR Form 2316 (Creditable Withholding Tax at Source) for all employees to be submitted to BIR every 28th day of February.
  • Facilitates the submission of Books of Accounts (Excel format/extracted from CMS) not later than January 31 of the following year.
  • Facilitates and monitors all BIR transactions by being the authorized representative.
  • In charge of the payment of the annual SEC Assessment for all Branches due on or before July 20.
  • Billing reconciliation
  • Secondary monitoring of company insurance, such as HMO, Fidelity, Accident, and the like.
