Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer who will work closely with global stakeholders, ensuring data governance, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into data models and reporting solutions.
  • Import, cleanse, and transform data from on-premise and cloud sources.
  • Apply data governance, including user training, documentation, and report security.
  • Provide effort estimates, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • Ensure reports comply with quality, security, and performance standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Power BI development.
  • Proficient in Power BI Desktop, DAX, SQL, and Power Query.
  • Strong UI/design skills for creating intuitive dashboards.
  • Experience in cleansing and transforming data for reporting.
  • Microsoft certifications in data analysis (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict timelines.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM)
