PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for assisting the Senior Brand Manager in the implementation of approved Marketing Plans and ensuring assigned Marketing Projects are handled in a smooth and orderly manner.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Primarily assists the Brand Lead in the following:
OFFLINE
- Supports the Brand Lead by closely coordinating with Procurement, SCM, Sales, TMG, and CMD for Brand Initiated trade executions such as, but not limited to, Tracking Sell-In/ Pipelining/ Distribution, Promo Discounts, Promo Bundles, Merchandising Display, Activations, Push Selling.
- Periodically reports to the Brand Lead the summary status, progress, and recommendations of on-going Brand Initiated activities.
ONLINE
- Supports the Brand Lead by ensuring that the approved Media Plan is implemented on time and based on brand strategy.
- Day-to-day management of digital platforms such as, but not limited to, website and social media, and periodically facilitate maintenance check, creative & FAQ update and analytics review in view of maximizing digital presence.
- Ensures that the community manager responds to all digital inquiries in a timely manner based on agreed response templates.
- Coordinate with the Brand Lead to ensure product listings in e-commerce sites, product information on the website and other digital platforms are complete, accurate and reflect the brand directions
- Coordinates with the Brand Lead and pulls together resources to creatively communicate monthly brand updates to the organization
- Develops copy for internal as well as external copy requirements such as, but not limited to, PR articles, internal communication, product and lifestyle content for website
PR & EVENTS
- Assist in organizing marketing events, such as product launch, conference, meetings, conventions, sponsorships, activations and PR events for the Brand
- First line evaluation of sponsorship and partnership proposals, and recommend to the marketing team based on annual direction alignment
2) Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Brand Lead, with flexibility and adaptability to changes that will occur during the course of employment.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Preferably a graduate of Marketing, Management or Communication
QUALIFICATIONS:
- With minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
- Experience in leading cross functional teams, project management, and business operations
- With strong organizational and administration skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- With high initiative and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Of good moral character
- Can relate to different levels in the organization
