You'll collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams, lead editing workflows, and ensure every video aligns with the brands vision and standards—bringing ideas to life through impactful visuals.

Role Purpose
The
Senior Video Editor / Videographer
plays a critical role in shaping
Urban Angles visual narrative
through high-quality, engaging video content. You'll be responsible for capturing compelling footage, crafting impactful edits, and ensuring every visual aligns with the brands identity and partners vision.

Beyond execution, this role provides an opportunity to
lead visual storytelling efforts
, guide creative direction, streamline workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver video content that resonates with audiences and elevates brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Video Production

• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute engaging video shoots
• Capture high-quality footage with optimal lighting, composition, and audio
• Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear

Video Editing

• Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive, compelling video content
• Apply color correction, visual effects, sound design, and enhancements
• Create engaging transitions and animations to strengthen storytelling
• Optimize videos for various platforms (social media, website, presentations)

Storytelling

• Develop a deep understanding of the brands message and visual identity
• Craft engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences

Organization & Workflow

• Maintain a well-organized digital library of footage, assets, and project files
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, writers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive outputs
• Effectively incorporate feedback and revisions into projects

Reporting & Ad Hoc Projects

• Analyze video performance metrics and recommend improvements
• Handle ad hoc video projects with creativity, flexibility, and efficiency

About You Knowledge & Experience

• 5–6+ years of experience as a Senior Video Editor / Videographer, preferably with real estate or lifestyle content
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful, high-quality video work
• Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Film, Cinematography, Graphic Design, IT, or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
• Extensive knowledge of video equipment, formats, codecs, and compression techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
