Job Summary

We are seeking a
Fraud Product Manager
with a strong background in product management or business analysis, particularly within the FinTech or fraud prevention space. This role is critical to advancing our capabilities in authentication, identity validation, and fraud control. The ideal candidate will be analytically driven, technically adept, and passionate about delivering innovative fraud risk solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration
    ,
    Computer Science
    ,
    Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Certified Agile Practitioner
    or hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    Product Management
    or
    Business Analysis
    , preferably in banking or FinTech solutions.
  • Working knowledge of
    machine learning
    ,
    biometrics
    , and
    fraud detection technologies
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business cases.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    fraud prevention
    ,
    payments
    , and
    product development
    within FinTech.
  • Deep understanding of
    fraud-related products
    , including strategy, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with
    authentication and identity validation technologies
    (e.g., device intelligence, document orchestration).
  • Knowledge of
    regulatory expectations
    and
    industry best practices
    related to fraud risk.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across
    product
    ,
    sales
    ,
    compliance
    , and
    technology teams
    .
  • Banking experience is a plus but
    not mandatory
    .

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and write product specifications.
  • Manage the
    product backlog
    , write
    test plans
    with QA, and ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
  • Lead the
    diagnosis of complex technical issues
    , identifying root causes and recommending solutions.
  • Contribute to the design of solutions that enhance
    availability

    .
  • Track
    pipeline progress
    and
    revenue recognition
    , working closely with sales to meet targets.

    industry and technology trends
