Process Transition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead low to mid-level transition projects using Agile or traditional project methods; define timelines, task tracking, and success criteria.
  • Document workflows and procedures through process mapping and standard guides; validate with experts.
  • Develop and implement knowledge handover strategies, including trainer sessions, shadowing, and certification tracking via LMS.
  • Maintain and update logs for risks and issues; provide impact assessments and resolve within defined timelines.
  • Assist in establishing business case metrics and monitor performance improvements post-transition.
  • Oversee testing and launch readiness; create contingency and support plans for go-live and stabilization.
  • Generate reports and visual dashboards with accurate, annotated data.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy and compliance standards in all documentation and file handling.
  • Manage change communications and gather user input for ongoing improvements.
  • Take on additional duties aligned with team and company priorities.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar (required).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in process transition, documentation, or project support in shared services/global operations (required).
  • Certifications: PMP or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
  • Training: Familiarity with process modeling (BPMN), Agile/PM principles, and knowledge transfer strategies.
