Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies, standards, and procedures at the project site.
  • Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
  • Facilitate toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training sessions for workers.Ensure compliance with government regulations and company HSE policies.
  • Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the workforce.
  • And all other tasks, Responsibilities and Obligations necessary to support project implementation and objectives, as may be assigned from time to time. particularly when no HSE works are available.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2–3 years proven experience as an HSE Officer in construction or industrial projects.
  • Must have BOSH, COSH, or equivalent DOLE-accredited safety training certification.
  • Knowledgeable in occupational health and safety standards, risk management, and emergency response.
  • Physically fit and able to conduct site inspections regularly.
  • Willing to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Can execute layouting works.
  • Can read interpret measurements with the use of measuring tape.
  • Must have their own personal hand tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety compliance.
