Job Summary

The Facilities Support Technician assists with general maintenance tasks and helps ensure the building and equipment remain in good working condition.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine checks on building areas and equipment
  • Handle basic repairs for lighting, plumbing, and fixtures
  • Assist with preventive maintenance tasks
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
  • Help with moving furniture, office setups, and minor installations
  • Report facility issues or safety concerns

Qualifications

  • General maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to work with hand tools and basic equipment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
