Position: Training Specialist

Work Location: 130-A 6th St., 7th Ave., East Grace Park, Caloocan

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

The Training Specialist will support the organization by designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills, work performance, and operational efficiency. This role will help bridge competency gaps and promote continuous improvement within the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and update training programs based on company needs and operational requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, orientations, and refresher programs for new and existing employees.
  • Assess training needs through evaluations, feedback, and performance analysis.
  • Create training materials, presentations, learning modules, and other documents.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify skill gaps and training priorities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements for better results.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for newly hired employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures during training activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in training, facilitation, or HR development is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in preparing instructional materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning, or performance management is a plus.
