Donor Acquisition & Engagement Associate

Work Location: In-person | Job Type: Full-time | Open to Fresh Graduates

What You'll Do

  • Donor Prospecting & Acquisition – Discover and engage potential donors through strategic networking, outreach, and social media.
  • Donor Stewardship – Build and nurture meaningful relationships, ensuring donors feel valued, connected, and inspired to continue supporting.
  • Donation Drive Coordination – Plan and organize fundraising campaigns and initiatives that inspire generosity and create real impact.
  • Database Management – Maintain accurate and updated donor records for smooth coordination and effective engagement.
  • Administrative Support – Provide operational support to ensure seamless program implementation.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: No prior experience required — we'll guide and help you grow
