Key Responsibilities

Video Creation & Production

  • Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality short-form videos tailored to TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop creative concepts inspired by current trends, audience behavior, and brand objectives.

Video Editing

  • Edit raw footage into polished, compelling videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or iMovie.
  • Incorporate transitions, music, captions, text, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.

Social Media Optimization

  • Format and optimize videos according to each platform's specifications.
  • Add captions, hashtags, keywords, and other elements to improve visibility and performance.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to develop content aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on trending formats, viral challenges, and platform updates.

Audience Engagement

  • Monitor content performance metrics (views, likes, shares, retention, etc.) and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Engage with viewers by responding to comments and fostering community interaction.

Brand Representation

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience creating, filming, and editing social media video content.

Skills

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong creative vision and understanding of short-form video storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and engagement best practices.
  • Understanding of platform-specific optimization techniques.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of lighting, audio, and camera equipment (DSLR or smartphone).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience producing content for brands or businesses.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Ability to independently manage the full production process from concept to final delivery.
  • Willingness to work onsite, Monday to Friday, in Cubao, Quezon City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
