Job Summary

The Recruitment Staff is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to support the manpower needs of Kids Paradise and I Sports branches. This role ensures the timely deployment of staff while maintaining hiring standards and adhering to company and labour requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Hiring

  • Post job openings on Indeed, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms
  • Source and screen applicants for branch and office positions
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Coordinate with department heads for final interviews and hiring approval

Onboarding & Deployment

  • Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and pre-employment requirements
  • Assist in employee onboarding and orientation
  • Coordinate deployment schedules with the branch and operations teams

Recruitment Records & Reports

  • Maintain updated applicant and employee hiring records
  • Track recruitment status, vacancies, and manpower needs
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates

Coordination & Compliance

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies for deployed staff
  • Ensure complete hiring documentation and compliance with labor requirements
  • Support HR in audits and employee file management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR
  • Experience in volume hiring is an advantage
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
