Job Overview

The Recruitment Associate supports the end-to-end recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship, practicum, or immersion experience related to Human Resources, recruitment, or administrative functions who are eager to build a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
  • Support sourcing of candidates through databases, referrals, and online platforms
  • Conduct initial resume screening based on job requirements

Candidate Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in conducting initial phone or online screening interviews
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

Documentation & Reporting

  • Update and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring status updates
  • Ensure proper documentation of candidate records and hiring files

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Experience

  • Internship, practicum, or immersion experience in Recruitment, HR, Administrative, or related functions is an advantage and must be aligned with recruitment or HR tasks

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field of Talent Acquisition
