Job OverviewThe Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. The duties of the Sr.

TA Specialist include managing recruitment operations, collaborating with internal stakeholders, senior management, and clients to facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Additionally, this role involves projects related to recruitment such as process improvement and employer branding initiatives. Qualifications:5+ years of proven experience in local end-to-end recruitment

Experience sourcing both passive and active candidates

Experience in an offshore staffing company and/or BPO industryHR generalist experience is an advantage

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment automation tools

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment

Salary: 35-40KWork location: Ortigas, Pasig City, with opportunity for hybrid setup after regularization (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)Work schedule: 7AM – 4PM
