Read on and apply today The position As the Senior Commercial Execution Director and a member of the Affiliate Leadership Team, you will lead the commercial execution team and drive the development and implementation of commercial approaches that deliver growth and respond to shifting market conditions. Your role combines deep sector expertise with a data-informed mindset to convert market and customer insights into clear direction for sales, marketing, and product initiatives. will inspire and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver results, champion innovation, and help shape affiliate‑level strategy in support of overall business objectives. Develop, implement, and continuously refine commercial strategies that support business goals and adapt to market shifts. Leverage market and competitor insights to define product positioning and go‑to‑market plans for pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare offerings. Translate data and analytics into actionable decisions to measure, accelerate, and optimize commercial performance. Lead customer‑focused initiatives by applying consumer insights to product development, marketing, and sales execution. Lead and develop the commercial execution team, fostering engagement, accountability, and a results‑oriented culture. Act as a member of the Affiliate Leadership Team, representing commercial priorities and aligning cross‑functional efforts with broader affiliate strategy. Champion innovation by identifying opportunities and adjusting strategies to evolving regulatory and market environments. Qualifications Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and preferably consumer healthcare markets, including trends, competitors, and regulatory environments. Proven experience developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for pharmaceutical or consumer products, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and drive performance, and delivering customer‑focused product and marketing initiatives that boost adoption and growth. Exceptional leadership skills with experience in leading and inspiring teams – functionally and metrics. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and drive innovation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and results‑driven culture. Fluency in English will be a requirement. About the department The Danish & Icelandic Affiliate is responsible for the commercial, medical, and market access initiatives in Denmark and clinical initiatives across Europe.
