Primary Responsibilities:

  • Policy Adherence and Warehouse Management:
  • Oversee warehouse operations to ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of aircraft parts, including inventory management.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing policies and procedures related to aircraft and aircraft parts management, including those specific to warehouse operations.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate records of warehouse activities and compliance with relevant procedures.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry into tracking systems.
  • Ensure that AMOS processes and procedures, especially those related to warehouse management, are followed consistently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with the ARA Management Compliance Manager to identify areas for AMOS-related compliance improvements in the warehouse.
  • Compliance Reporting and Risk Mitigation:
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports, including data collection and analysis, with a specific focus on warehouse management compliance.
  • Help identify potential compliance risks in warehouse management and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance, especially issues related to warehousing.
  • Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
