What You'll Do

  • Execute audit plans and projects with guidance from experienced mentors.
  • Evaluate and report on the adequacy of internal controls across financial reporting, accounting, treasury, and tax.
  • Develop audit programs, prepare internal control questionnaires, and organize audit working papers.
  • Gather and analyze evidence to support audit observations and conclusions.
  • Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings with internal clients to discuss findings, action plans, and follow-ups.
  • Support group-wide compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  • Educate and train process owners on risk assessments and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • CPA license is encouraged
  • Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Preferred but not required:

  • CIA, CISA, CMA, CFE, or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience with MS Office, SAP Audit Information System, or similar platforms.
