  • Basic Qualifications
  • Education: At least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (vocational or college level may be acceptable depending on experience).

Skills & Competencies

  • Leadership & Management – ability to lead a team, assign tasks, and ensure branch targets are met.
  • Sales & Marketing – knowledge in sales techniques, customer service, and promotional strategies.
  • Financial Handling – capable of monitoring collections, deposits, branch expenses, and inventory control.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – able to address customer complaints, staff issues, and operational challenges quickly.
  • Communication Skills – strong verbal and written communication for coordination with main office, clients, and staff.
  • Technical Knowledge (optional but preferred) – basic understanding of motorcycle specifications, maintenance, and financing processes.

Character & Work Attitude

  • Trustworthy and reliable, especially in handling cash and company assets.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Can work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced retail environment.
  • With good moral character, no derogatory records. motorcycle units
  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in sales, retail operations, or supervisory/managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with motorcycles, spare parts, and financing procedures is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
