Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Professional license is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in field engineering, site supervision, technical support.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge in site measurements, troubleshooting, testing, and calibration of equipment or systems.
  • Proficient in using engineering tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, documentation, and field updates.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and handle on-site challenges.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

  • Willing to work on-site, in the field, and in varying weather conditions.
  • Willing to travel to different project locations as needed.

Other Requirements:

  • Willing to work extended hours or weekends if required by project schedules.
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance regulations.
