
Legal/Conveyancing Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Legal/Conveyancing Assistant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Australian conveyancers, solicitors, or property law firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing conveyancing files end-to-end, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and handling the administrative and compliance requirements of Australian property transactions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide full/comprehensive administrative support to conveyancers and solicitors.
- Manage client communications via email, phone, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation and draft of legal and property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct property searches and prepare settlement documentation.
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, councils, and other third parties.
- Manage file opening, data entry, and document filing in digital systems.
- Assist with PEXA settlements and use of conveyancing platforms such as InfoTrack, TriConvey, or Landata (highly regarded).
- Ensure compliance with Australian conveyancing and property law requirements.
- Perform general administration to support smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing support for the Australian market (required).
- Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes, property transactions, and compliance requirements in Australia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with PEXA, InfoTrack, TriConvey, and Landata preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
