We are looking for an experienced Legal/Conveyancing Assistant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Australian conveyancers, solicitors, or property law firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing conveyancing files end-to-end, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and handling the administrative and compliance requirements of Australian property transactions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide full/comprehensive administrative support to conveyancers and solicitors.
  • Manage client communications via email, phone, and other channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and draft of legal and property-related documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Conduct property searches and prepare settlement documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, councils, and other third parties.
  • Manage file opening, data entry, and document filing in digital systems.
  • Assist with PEXA settlements and use of conveyancing platforms such as InfoTrack, TriConvey, or Landata (highly regarded).
  • Ensure compliance with Australian conveyancing and property law requirements.
  • Perform general administration to support smooth workflow and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in conveyancing support for the Australian market (required).
  • Solid knowledge of conveyancing processes, property transactions, and compliance requirements in Australia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with PEXA, InfoTrack, TriConvey, and Landata preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php60,000.00 per month
