  1. Organizes the project, defines project organization and structure and determines project team composition, naming the project sponsor, steering board and team members.

Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience.

  1. Develops preliminary project plan and schedule. Identifies project constraints, risks and issues that would impact the work of the project team. Prepares Project Charter that includes among others the project scope, project plan, and budget of the project.

  2. Develops Scope of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and the Project Management Plan (PMP).

  3. Oversees the implementation of the project on a daily basis with regard to resources, time, budget and quality. 5. Manages the project team to perform and ensure project deliverables are within the allotted time frame and with the desired level of quality.

Requires specific experience in IT/technology projects.

  1. Conducts project meetings for action planning, project monitoring and control, and communicating or reporting project status to project sponsors and stakeholders.

  2. Provides timely reporting of issues that impact project progress and continuous feedback to project steering board or committee on status of project, including milestones, risks and constraints.

  3. Plans, organizes, implements and controls the resources and operating environment of the project team to ensure that the results are within the set standards and objectives.

  4. Assesses and analyzes performance against the set standards and objectives of the project team to be able to determine and improve organizational effectiveness by identifying and anticipating problems and effecting remedial and preventive measures.

  5. Motivates, communicates, delegates and leads to get action and results from project team members in order to achieve the team's goals and objectives.

  6. Enforces the highest standards of discipline and deportment of his team members while maintaining the interpersonal relationship and morale of the team members towards the accomplishment of their function.

  7. Plans, develops, coordinates and implements company safety, housekeeping and occupational health programs.

  8. Performs other related duties as may be directed by the Manager-Systems Management and Vice President-Information Technology.

  9. Ensures that safety & health risks are adequately assessed and controlled in the operations of his/her shop/section/division/department.

  10. Ensures that safety incidents occurring in his/her area of responsibility are investigated and reported.

  11. Ensures that safety & health rules / requirements are implemented in his/her area of responsibility.
