KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Prepare journal entries and accruals to ensure accurate and complete expense recording.
  2. Complete month-end closing procedures.
  3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting reports.
  4. File tax documents (VAT, EWT, FBT, etc.) accurately and on time.
  5. Monitor and update inventory records regularly.
  6. Prepare inventory reports and assist in year-end inventory.
  7. Perform duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.
  8. Handle other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree (Preferably graduate of BS in Accountancy)

  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounting or finance is preferred but Fresh Graduates are welcome.

  3. Solid understanding of basic accounting laws and principles.

  4. Basic knowledge in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel application.

  5. Ability to use any accounting software is a plus.

  6. Amenable to render duty from Monday to Saturday.
