About the Role

We are a booming Australian therapy-based business on the lookout for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant with strong Social Media expertise to join our team full-time.

This is not your average VA role – we're after someone who can seamlessly combine administrative support with dynamic social media management. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations while helping us grow our online presence and engage with our community.

If you've got experience working with therapy or medical reception teams, that's a huge plus – understanding what therapy is and how to communicate with sensitivity and professionalism will set you apart.


Key Responsibilities
  • Virtual Assistant Duties

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and email correspondence

  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional online support
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and document management
  • Support the therapy team with day-to-day business operations
  • Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Write captions, source content, and ensure brand voice consistency
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow community interactions
  • Track and report social media performance with insights for improvement

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a VA (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong social media management skills – posting, scheduling, engagement, and content creation
  • Experience in medical reception, allied health, or therapy-related businesses is highly regarded
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
  • Professional, empathetic, and reliable
