About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Non Voice - Dayshift to join our growing team at CPI Management Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, excluding voice calls. This is a full-time position based in our Cainta Rizal office.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other digital channels in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and updating relevant systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve customer service skills
- Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices
What we're looking for
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and challenges
- Proficient in using various digital communication tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or a similar role, preferably in a call centre or business process outsourcing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
