About the role

Join our dynamic call centre team as a Call Center Agent - Non Voice at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC'. In this full-time role based in Cainta Rizal, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through non-voice communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. Your role will be crucial in supporting our customers and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various non-voice communication channels in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers, ensuring a positive and productive experience
  3. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for resolution
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  6. Contribute to the development of streamlined processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a non-voice role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers through various channels
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  4. Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Fluency in English and the local language
