Job Description

The role is responsible for managing the purchasing and supply chain process to ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders.
  • Monitor deliveries and resolve supply issues.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and other teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance.
  • Track costs and ensure alignment with budget.
  • Research market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Conduct supplier visits, inspections, and fieldwork for project coordination.
