PHirst Park Homes builds masterplanned first‑home communities nationwide as part of Century Properties' first‑home business. We help more Filipino families become homeowners through thoughtfully planned communities and reliable delivery.

The role

Lead and grow international revenue by building high‑performing overseas channels across OFW and expat markets. Own strategy and execution from lead generation to reservation and turnover with Marketing, Financing, and Project teams.

What you'll do

  • Hit the international sales target and forecast with strong CRM discipline.
  • Build, accredit, and manage international brokers, master agents, and referral partners.
  • Run diaspora roadshows, community events, webinars, and digital funnels with Marketing.
  • Improve financing approvals and documentation for OFW buyers (Pag‑IBIG and bank loans).
  • Ensure compliance with DHSUD rules, AMLA/KYC, and data privacy standards.
  • Recruit, coach, and performance‑manage a high‑output international team.

What you bring

  • 8+ years in real estate sales, including 5+ years leading overseas channels for a PH developer or brokerage.
  • Proven wins selling to OFW/expat buyers across multiple regions.
  • Strong grasp of OFW housing finance, reservation‑to‑turnover workflow, and documentation.
  • Hands‑on with CRM and digital selling tools; clear English/Filipino communication; other languages a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; PRC Broker license or DHSUD accreditation is an advantage.

Location

Reporting location: Head Office, Century City, Makati. Base in Metro Manila (hybrid) with international travel to priority markets.
