We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about keeping systems running smoothly and love being the go-to person for all things IT, this role is for you.

You will be hands-on with core infrastructure, including Windows environments, Microsoft 365 (web + apps), Active Directory, network gear, security systems, and IT asset inventory.

What You'll Do:

  • Level 2 Technical Support
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Ticket Management
  • Network and Security Management
  • CCTV and Conferencing Systems
  • Asset Management
  • System Upkeep

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Information Technology or BS Computer Engineer
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, with demonstrated capability to handle Level 2 support issues.
  • Strong working knowledge of ---
  • Windows OS and MS365 (web and installed version)
  • Windows Server 2021 Active Directory
  • Sophos Firewall, Bitlocker, and endpoint protection
  • Network hardware (Cisco switches, HP Aruba access points)
  • CCTV systems (HKvision, Rover) and video conferencing (Kandao, Polycom)
  • Proficient with OS ticket system or similar IT ticketing platforms
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and willingness to travel to site offices

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
