The Assistant Training Manager reports to the Training Manager and Head of Sales Recruitmentand Training Group and works in conjunction with the recruitment manager, marketing department and sales operations group to train highly effective salespeople. The incumbent is expected to maximize sales operations group's effectiveness by determining and addressing skills enhancement, behavioral and leadership training related needs of the sales force.

The Assistant Training Manager is also tasked to ensure that all continuous professional development courses and seminars mandated by government regulatory agencies are complied with. The position entails managing and working closely with sales teams to meet goals set forth by the sales and marketing business unit. Doing so will require developing writing and publishing company/project specific training materials to facilitate goals and assist sales people. To demonstrate the success of these procedures, the incumbent will also expected to collect and interpret data regarding training processes and sales people's performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • In charge of the development and implementation of Skills Enhancement Training Courses that aim to bridge diagnosed performance gap(s)

  • Conducts Training Results Evaluation

  • Assists the Training Manager in the development and delivery of Leadership Programs for all Sales Channels being supported

  • Performs Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to further improve Training program

  • Be able to create and translate Training presentations into computer-based training programs/e-learning modules using the Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Conducts regular class observation and Trainer Skills Evaluation

  • Performs regular coaching sessions with direct reports

  • Ensures that all Training programs delivered are appropriately documented

  • Assists the Training Manager in the preparation of Training Plans to be presented for approval

  • Assists in the implementation of approved Seller Engagement programs

  • Performs additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
