Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team. The Sales Clerk will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
  • Assist customers in locating items and answering questions about products, prices, and promotions.
  • Process payments accurately using POS or cash register.
  • Restock shelves, maintain display areas, and ensure product organization.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
  • Willing to work at Toys R Us Uptown, BGC.
