Key Responsibilities:

  • Help the Project Lead plan and monitor the resource utilization for the assigned project effectively and supply its details to support computation of project costing.

  • Maintains effective communication within the APMD, ITSD, ESDD and other departments.

  • Gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
  • Support testing by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and assisting with UAT.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart).
