JOB DECRIPTION:

  • Supervise maintenance and monitoring of all the assessment of facilities operations and efficiency.

  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for all building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

  • Oversee, monitor, and optimize the operation of building systems to ensure compliance with established industry standards, codes and regulations.

  • Conduct regular inspections of building system and equipment to identify and address potential issues proactively.

  • Coordinate tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address engineering-related concerns and provide timely solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and undertake emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to unanticipated equipment outrages.

  • Analyzes the equipment maintenance structure, look into machinery failures, assess the needs for spare parts and equipment replacements, reports safety hazards, and evaluate alternatives.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Professional license in Mechanical Engineer is required in this position.

  • Extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance is required.

  • With at least 3-5 years' relevant experience.

  • with MEFPS experience

  • Knowledgeable in Auto-CAD

  • Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure.

  • With project management background & skills.

  • Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively.

  • CAN START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

  • WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED IN STA ANA, CAGAYAN
