Manager – Beach Club

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the beach club, including food and beverage services, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
– Recruit, train, and manage a motivated team. Foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of staff performance and satisfaction.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing feedback, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of service.
– Manage the club's budget, control expenses, and ensure profitability. Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
– Coordinate and manage events and activities, including private parties, corporate functions, and special events.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a beach club or similar environment.
– Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship management.
– Experience with financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
– Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
