Main Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of Team Lead Experience in BPO Industry
  • Must have Billing Experience
  • Must be a College level
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu City ASAP.
  • Very good verbal English Communication skills is required.
  • Ability to communicate directly with the client, provide daily performance reporting to leadership and client.
  • Must be able to coach to effective sales pitch practices, and lead the team by example and experience (rather than by definition)
