This is a remote position.

 8 hrs/day, 40 hrs/week
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST


Job Responsibilities:

  • Join full-day conference calls to assist with communications and provide translation support when required.

  • Translate or proofread documents such as notices, forms, and correspondence during quieter periods.

  • Maintain accurate communication logs and ensure messages are relayed promptly to the appropriate team members.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or translator

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
