Job Overview

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is hiring Construction Helpers to support ongoing construction projects in Taytay, Rizal. The role involves assisting skilled workers such as masons, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians in various site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily construction activities including lifting, mixing, and carrying materials
  • Support skilled workers with tasks related to masonry, carpentry, plumbing, and other trades
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work area
  • Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials
  • At least high school graduate or equivalent
  • With or without construction experience (training can be provided)
  • Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays if necessary
  • Can follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
