Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of a global e-commerce brand specializing in premium bags. You'll handle inquiries, process orders, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to excellence and style.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 1 to 3 years of customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working independently and within remote teams
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international (UK, US, AU) customers
  • Prior experience with a fashion or consumer goods brand
  • Knowledge of CRM systems or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)

Your Daily Tasks

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and possibly phone
  • Resolve product or order issues efficiently and professionally
  • Process returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Provide product information and assist with order placements
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet daily response time and satisfaction targets
