About the role

In this full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and nurture sales leads to generate new business
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations
  3. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  5. Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics
  6. Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales Representatives/Consultants industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence clients
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  5. Proficient in using sales-related software and tools
  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
