GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Operations Lead oversees business operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services. This role manages daily activities, ensuring operational excellence and that all outputs meet customer and client/partner expectations.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field
  • Proven experience in DevOps
  • Knowledge and experience with databases such as MySQL, Snowflake, and Aerospike
  • Familiarity with platforms including Linux, Kubernetes, and Jenkins (for deployment)
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
  • Working knowledge of Apache Camel
  • Proficient in various DevOps tools
  • Experience in ticket handling and issue tracking
  • Skilled in documentation, process creation, and leading process improvement initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
