Educational Requirement:
- Completed at least 2 years of college without any failed subjects
Work Experience:
- Over 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
- Preferably with Healthcare industry experience
- Background in insurance, claims processing, or US benefits is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Setting Direction: Define team goals and ensure all members understand their roles in achieving these objectives
- Planning and Organizing: Develop work plans, allocate resources, and set timelines for projects
- Delegating Tasks: Assign tasks based on team members' strengths and skills to maintain a balanced workload
- Monitoring Progress: Track team performance, identify potential obstacles, and provide guidance to keep the team on track
