Job Posting: Inventory Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and employers regarding logistics-related concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to address and resolve logistics issues or queries.
  • Perform tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing cartons, and conducting inventory counts.
  • Prepare goods for shipment according to sales orders.
  • Ensure routine maintenance of delivery vehicles, including trucks, vans, and motorcycles.
  • Provide suggestions to the Logistics Manager within the scope of responsibility as needed.
  • Assist with effective resource management and dispatch planning through load creation.
  • Coordinate incoming goods and manage daily dispatches based on requirements.
  • Handle non-conforming goods and returns in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support the planning and tracking of shipments for completed orders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and logs to support finalized orders.
  • Stay updated on dispatch operations, logistics planning, and supplier management best practices.
  • Prepare accurate performance reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities within the unit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Information Technology or other Busines related courses.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of logistics systems and an understanding of transportation regulations and limitations.
  • Skills in planning, quality management, and logistics-related problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least one year of experience as logistics staff preferred.
  • Experience in logistics and knowledge of transportation and supply chain operations are an advantage.
  • Ability to contribute individually while aligning with overall team goals.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati and can start immediately.
