About the Role

The Upper Deck is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Assistant to support day-to-day tracking, monitoring, and organization of all supplies and stocks used across our multi-use facility.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, has a strong sense of accuracy, and can work cross-functionally with housekeeping, operations, events, and F&B teams. You'll help ensure that all consumables, uniforms, tools, and equipment are accounted for, stored properly, and restocked on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing supplies and materials
  • Monitor inventory levels across departments (e.g., housekeeping, gym, courts, F&B, events)
  • Support regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with Accounting
  • Assist in receiving deliveries, checking for quantity, quality, and proper documentation
  • Label, store, and organize items according to category and usage frequency
  • Issue supplies to various departments upon request and record transactions properly
  • Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment timelines and availability
  • Alert management when stock is low or items are nearing expiration or damage
  • Help enforce proper inventory procedures to prevent loss, waste, or misuse
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory, stockroom, supply chain, or warehouse support
  • Basic knowledge of stock keeping and documentation
  • Familiarity with MS Excel or basic inventory software is preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible with sensitive items
  • Able to lift moderate weights, move around storage spaces, and stand for long periods
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas and support weekend or event-based scheduling
  • High school graduate required; vocational course or college-level is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
