Job Description:

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between cashiering, customer service, and site personnel
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance to maintain service excellence
  • Manage team schedules, attendance, and task assignments
  • Oversee daily sales activities, including accurate recording of transactions and sales income
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of POS machines and related systems
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
