About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Data Management Specialist. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, support knowledge management initiatives, and help streamline processes that improve team efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partner Support team regarding process, knowledge, and policy-related inquiries. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) by providing guidance to both junior team members and stakeholders, ensuring consistency in process adherence and the dissemination of accurate information.
Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship to Junior Partner Support Specialists by assisting them with complex cases, offering feedback, and conducting training sessions on process improvements, new tools, and communication best practices. Foster a collaborative environment where junior team members feel supported in their growth and professional development.
Escalation Management: Handle escalated partner queries that require advanced problem-solving or cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate with relevant departments, such as compliance, payments, and product teams, to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Process Improvement: Proactively identify gaps in current processes and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency and the partner experience. Collaborate with the operations and product teams to roll out improvements, track their impact, and ensure team-wide implementation.
Quality Assurance and Performance Monitoring: Oversee the quality of communications and support delivered by the team. Provide feedback based on partner interactions and assist in implementing best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery. Support the team in achieving KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Knowledge Management: Maintain and update the internal knowledge base, ensuring all team members have access to the latest procedures, policies, and FAQs. Create, curate, and distribute new resources when necessary, ensuring the team is well-equipped with accurate and up-to-date information.
Team Lead Support: Act as the right hand to the team lead by assisting in managing day-to-day operations, helping to manage queue volumes, and ensuring smooth daily handovers. Provide insights and recommendations to the team lead regarding team performance and areas for development.
Communication and Reporting: Lead team meetings to discuss key topics such as process changes, performance reviews, and areas requiring attention. Ensure clear and effective communication is maintained throughout the team and with stakeholders. Regularly report on key metrics, process improvements, and knowledge gaps to leadership.
Partner Relationship Building: Proactively engage with high-value partners to maintain strong relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a seamless partner experience. Address concerns and offer tailored solutions, promoting long-term satisfaction and trust.
RequirementsWhat We Looking For:
• At least 1 year BPO experience preferably with back office
• Strong English communication skills – written and verbal with the ability to adapt your style to suit different personalities and situations.
• Data Entry experience
• A proactive, positive, and customer-first mindset
• Amenable to working in Eastwood, Quezon City on a shifting schedule
