Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of developers in delivering multiple projects within timelines and quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, VB6, and C# technologies.
  • Develop and implement Windows Services, APIs (SOAP and REST), and backend integrations.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to define requirements, provide design input, and create technical documentation.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following industry best practices.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging, ensuring applications meet design and functional specifications.
  • Oversee integration and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT) by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage database design and queries using MSSQL Server, ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring system reliability and availability.
  • Adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and participate in both Waterfall and Agile environments.
  • Research and innovate on emerging technologies to enhance application reliability, usability, and security.
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
